Description: Will be assisting with the following: rollout of new VoIP phone system (including such activities as delivering and setting up headsets at all branches); migration of desktop PC’s to a hosted, virtualized IaaS platform (to include moving from Windows 7 to Windows 10); migration to hosted Office 365; moving users into new Parker Street headquarters; moving merged Credit Union to GFA systems; rollout of public Wi-Fi to identified branches; miscellaneous other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge: Basic understanding of networking and Wi-Fi, with terms such as IP address, DNS, DHCP, SSID; basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.  Knowledge of PC to printer/ scanner connectivity and set up; administrative functions in Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating system. Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.  Outgoing personality and critical thinker that’s willing to challenge the status quo and not afraid to ask questions.  Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with users at all levels.  Organized and punctual; valid driver’s license and suitable transportation.

Preferred Knowledge: Administration of Office 365; administration of Windows Server 2008 and 2012; basic knowledge of project management concepts and/or experience working on team projects; basic understanding of computer virtualization; familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint

ONE YEAR ASSIGNMENT

Schedule: M-F for 5 hours a day OR 3 days a week for 8 hours a day
