The Institute of Professional Practice (IPPI) is seeking full-time, part-time and relief, Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team in North Central, Massachusetts. Those interested in 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts are strongly encouraged to apply. IPPI is a non-profit human services organization serving people with autism and other developmental disabilities. We provide state-of-the-art community based residential and day services.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to:
Support individuals in daily activities in order to increase independence.
Assist the individuals he/she supports in achieving their personal goals.
Advocate and act as case manager for Supported Individuals.
We look for the following experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License
We have shifts available in both day and residential programs, as well as relief and part-time shifts available. Please indicate your preference.
